Both aim to balance a space with nature, but they come from different traditions. Vastu Shastra is Indian and is built on the five elements and the eight directions measured from the centre of the building. Feng Shui is Chinese and uses its own system of elements and flows. Some tools, such as wind chimes and crystals, are used in both.

Healing therapies, Reiki or crystals are usually added as remedies within that plan rather than booked separately.
